We recommend guests fly into one of the following airports:

• Florence (FLR) — approx. 1 hour 30 minutes from La Foce

• Rome (FCO) — approx. 2 hours 15 minutes from La Foce

Complimentary Shuttle, Pre-booked Car Service, or Rental Car

A car service or rental car is required to reach Villa La Foce from any airport or train station, as taxis are extremely limited in the area. For more details see below.

  • We will be offering a complimentary shuttle service at pre-scheduled times to and from Rome and Florence. Pick up time estimates:

    • Thursday, June 3rd around 12:00-2:00 pm.

    • Sunday, June 6th at 10:00 am.

    An option to register for the shuttles is provided in the RSVP. Further registration deadlines and details will be emailed shortly if you select “yes,” in the RSVP.

    IMPORTANT: If you do not register by the deadline emailed, you will need to book transportation independently at your own cost. We recommend looking for flights that match the complimentary shuttle service times or spending an extra day exploring the cities. 

  • If the shuttle times and locations do not work for you, guests must independently book transportation through another car service or rental car.
