• We recommend booking flights as early as possible. You can book flights up to one year in advance.

  • No. You must pre-book a car service, rental car, or register for our complimentary shuttle. We recommend booking a rental car to be able to drive to other cities and extend your trip exploring Italy.

  • No. While we would be absolutely delighted to have you join us for every event throughout the weekend, your presence at each one is entirely optional. When you RSVP, please simply indicate which celebrations you’ll be attending or if you’d prefer to spend that time relaxing and enjoying the villa at your own pace.

  • We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration

  • Yes, we recommend wearing block heels or wedges, as portions of the property are grassy and not fully paved. That said, we will have heel protectors available for anyone wearing slimmer heels, so you can comfortably walk on the lawn and throughout the grounds.

  • A valid passport, a travel adapter, and euros.

  • You will receive an email with a registration link for the shuttles shortly after October 1st, 2026. Please note the deadline for registration included in the email.

  • You will need to book your own pre-booked car or rental car to reach the Villa La Foce. We have provided some options for you on the Travel Page and in this FAQ Page.

If you plan to rent a car, ensure to call ahead for the requirements.We recommend the larger international rental companies which operate across all major cities, so you can easily arrange pick-up in one city and drop-off in another. We also recommend requesting an automatic car, as in Italy most vehicles are manual.

  • Not unless it’s absolutely necessary. We’ll thoughtfully assign villas with care, placing you where we believe you’ll feel most comfortable and enjoy your stay alongside guests we think you’ll love spending time with.

  • No. You can stay at a hotel nearby if you choose. If you do so you will have to rent a car to get to the villa for the scheduled events. Please indicate in the RSVP if you plan on staying at an off-site accommodation.
